Advanced Picture 1

I made this tutorial and this effect so please use it but do not claim this as your own. This tutorial is to be folowed using Paint Shop Pro.< If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask. Please note effects may look different than the preview depending on the picture you use.
Turn your picture from this:

To This:

1. Create a new raster layer and fill it with the colour #325E94. Set the opacity of the layer to 66
2. Create a new raster layer and fill it with the colour #F7B709. Set it to Color with opacity set at 54
3. Duplicate your base layer and drag to the top. Set this layer to Soft light with opacity set at 60
4. Duplicate your base layer again and drag to the top. Set this layer to Overlay with the opacity set at 68 You should now have a completed picture!
